1. Term of Payment

NET may be considered once trust has been established through regular business. T/T advanced wire transfer is our usually practice from outside China.

 

2. Prices

All prices are F.O.B China, IL. Prices don’t include any taxes, freight and insurance.  Prices are subject to change without prior notice. 

 

3. Acceptance

Acceptance of this offer is expressly limited to the terms and conditions listed herein.  If a Buyer’s P.O. form is used for acceptance of the order, it is expressly understood and agreed that the terms and conditions of Buyer’s PO form shall not apply unless agreed to by the seller in writing

 

4. Warranty

Seller warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship within one year after products shipped. The limit of liability under this warranty is to repair or replace any products or parts at Seller’s option and shall not extend to any incidental or consequential damages there from. The warranty is valid only for the original Buyer.
